American Heart Association CPR + 1st Aid - $75
Did you know sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of adult death in this country and that most cardiac arrests happen in someone’s home? The ability to perform CPR and to know how to use an automatic external defibrillator can make a lifesaving difference when someone suffers a cardiac or breathing emergency. Communities are safer across the country because people are trained in these lifesaving techniques.
Our instructor teaches CPR lifesaving skills for adults and children through the American Heart Association's Heartsaver® Course.. Heartsaver classroom courses are video based, are instructor led, and feature group interaction and hands-on coaching and feedback from an American Heart Association Instructor. Skills are taught with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique that allows students to practice skills as the video guides them.
AHA's First Aid Course is designed to meet OSHA regulations, this course covers first aid basics, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.
